At BulbAmerica, we want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the bulbs and fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring they are well-protected with bubble wrap to prevent breakage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package to our designated returns warehouse using a trackable carrier.
Receive Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
